Best Customer Service with hardworking employees. Have been buying water and other services from here for past 5 months with NO ISSUES. Thankful that this place exists in the middle of nowhere. Disappointed seeing these hate reviews considering the hardwork put in to run the business. I confirm that there is no problem with their services!!
Everything, including gas is always so much more expensive. You really pay for the cost of convenience. But they have a great selection. Just be quick getting produce since they sell it quickly. Nice to finally have a gas station that isn't always out of gas. Staff is always friendly to me.And it's their prerogative if they don't want to clean up a messy bathroom from a non paying customer.
Best customer service. And best place. People need to be thank full that we have open service station in town. Last two reviews are totally from hate in mind. Otherwise no one lie this much just for small things. We fill water here and never had any issue. If someone had an issue go take sample to Lab, but no one will do that, because its a lie. People need to keep in mind how hard our water is here.
They dont wash their drinking water jugs!! We have been filling our drinking water here. I brought in two jugs that had some dust on the outside (just from the drive) and the lady said sorry we cant take those, our customers wont buy them like that. I explained it was just outside dust. They refused them (by then there was two of them yelling at me) CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT WASHING THE JUGS IN BETWEEN customers. I imagine they are just filling the water in the back! I thought that this water was being shipped in! Gross! This explains why we havent been feeling well. Who knows what people are doing with the jugs, could have mice or whatever crawling around, and they arent cleaned! Also there store is always dirty. Wont be coming back.
This place is hilarious. First, its the darkest dankest gas station I have been in in. Second they have a sign posted on the front door "WASHROOMS ONLY FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS " - keeping in mind this is in the middle of nowhere off the highway. Anyway as I was there for gas but really needed the bathroom - dude on a his little stool started yelling at me as I walked towards the bathroom saying that before I was allowed to go to the bathroom I must go out and pump and then pay for my gas. I told him I was going to buy gas, but I suppose he didn't trust me because he refused to allow me to go to the bathroom first. Must be crime ridden place that Rouleau, Sask. ! Good to know some are always vigilant of those banditos!EDIT: First review I have done yes. (your welcome by the way) The level of unprofessional service warranted my first ever review. Because it is negative, and my first review - this does it mean that it is "hate" nor is it fake! I think that given that this response from you seems to be your only response to customer's concerns - to me, is only further testament to your unprofessional character. I advise you take concerns posted here as something you can use to improve your service, not launch attacks.
